Shakehand Youth is animated by a powerful vision: to give Haitian children back their childhoods, give them a safe place to flourish, and instill in them a sense of efficacy, discipline, cooperation and hope in their own futures. Please join us!

Currently, our focus is on the new Jean-Rabel Program. With the active support of JOOLA, we plan to ship 6 professional grade table tennis tables and associated equipment to Jean-Rabel in the coming weeks. Here, they will support a year-round program of table tennis coaching and competitions for young people in and around the city. In addition to JOOLA’s help, which is making this program possible, we need to raise an additional $5,000 to cover other equipment, shipping and snacks for the children.
